लम्बे इंतजार के बाद इस माह के अंत तक 1248 हैडमास्टर शिक्षा विभाग को मिलने की पुरी संभावना है।
ज्ञातव्य है कि ये भर्ती गत डेढ़ साल से प्रक्रियाधीन है, पूर्ववर्ती सरकार में निकली भर्ती की परीक्षा 2 सितम्बर को संभागवार करवाई गयी, जिसमें प्रथम पत्र व द्वितीय प्रश्न पत्रों को मिलाकर 300 प्रश्नों के दो पेपर हुए, जिनका पूर्णांक 600 अंकों का था। और राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC) ने उत्तर कुंजी भी 11 अक्टूबर 2018 को जारी कर दी।
बाद में सरकार बदलने के बाद भर्ती अधरझूल में लटक गई, लेकिन आशार्थियों ने अपना कार्य अनवरत रूप से जारी रखा और विभिन्न सोशलमीडिया प्लेटफार्म के माध्यम से जुड़कर अंको का संग्रह कर कट आफ मार्क्स का अनुमान लगाने में व्यस्त हो गये।
फरवरी 2019 में आशार्थियों धन्नालाल तालोड के नेतृत्व में सरकार पर अजमेर, जयपुर इकट्ठे होकर सरकार पर दबाव की कोशिश की गई। मार्च- अप्रैल में लोकसभा चुनाव के भंवर में हैडमास्टर रिजल्ट फंस गया, लेकिन आशार्थियों ने अपना अभियान धन्नालाल तालोड़, सोहनराज बुरडक, हनुमान बुरडक, भरत सिंह चौधरी, राधेश्याम मेहरा सहित सैकड़ों आशार्थियों के साथ 2 जून 2019 से अनवरत 18 जून तक धरने पर बैठने के बाद सरकार और rpsc हरकत में आई और आश्वासन देकर धरना तुड़वा दिया गया।

RPSC ने दोगुने वैचारिक सूची की कट आफ मार्क्स जारी की। 
More backward class (MBC), Economically weaker section (EWS) के आरक्षण में फंसते हुए 19 जुलाई को आखिरकार 1248 पदों के दो गूना चयनितों की वैचारित सूची जारी करते हुए कुल 2752 को सूची में शामिल किया, जिसमें rpsc ने पहली वार नये तरीके से पहली कांउंसलिंग 6 अगस्त से 9 अगस्त के बीच डाक्यूमेंट्स सत्यापन का काम चला, जिसमें rpsc संभागवार चयनितों में से अजमेर, बीकानेर संभाग के 600 चयनितों व 19 अगस्त से 3 सितम्बर तक 2152 की काउंसलिंग पूर्ण हुई, अब एक बार फिर rpsc ने अनुपस्थित रहे लगभग 150 अभ्यर्थियों को फिर से मौका देते हुए 6 सितम्बर को कांउंसलिंग का अंतिम अवसर मिलेगा।
जैसे ही काउंसलिंग समाप्त होने के करीब पहुंची, उधर अभ्यर्थियों और मीडिया में हैडमास्टर भर्ती 2018 के परिणाम के कयास लगने शुरू हो गये है।

गुप्त सूत्रों के मुताबिक काउंसलिंग के दौरान अंतिम दिन सरकार ने आयोग से रिपोर्ट मांगी है, इससे अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है कि सरकार इस भर्ती को जल्द पूर्ण करने के पक्ष में है।
उधर आयोग भी अपनी साख बचाने के लिए कदम फूंक फूंककर रख रहा है, एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अभी तक आयोग को इस भर्ती सम्बंधी 685 के लगभग हाईकोर्ट में रिट (writ) लग चुकी है, तो जाहिर है कि इनका समाधान भी आयोग परिणाम से पहले करने की कोशिश की जायेगी।
Rpsc भी परिणाम की पूर्ण तैयारी में बीकानेर निदेशालय के लगातार सम्पर्क है, परिणाम जारी होने के साथ ही बीकानेर निदेशालय विभिन्न खाली जगहों पर हैडमास्टर भर्ती की काउंसलिंग करवाकर विद्यालयों में पदस्थापन के लिए तैयार है।
संभावित कट आफ मार्क्स
आशार्थी सोहनराज बुरडक के अनुसार सामान्य 381 व अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग -375 रहने की प्रबल संभावना बताई है। इसी क्रम में धन्नालाल तालोड़ ने बताया कि
“परीक्षा बाद आंसर-की आने पर पूरे राजस्थान से अभ्यर्थियों के अंक जानने की कोशिश की और लिस्ट बनाई, उस लिस्ट के आधार पर कट ऑफ की संभावना gen 380 के लगभग, obc 370, mbc 360, sc st 330, female gen 340, obc 330, mbc 320, sc st 270 के लगभग बनी, अब काउंसलिंग हेतु rpsc आये साथियों से व्यक्तिगत संपर्क कर रजिस्टर में नाम, अंक दर्ज किया, उसके आधार पर कट ऑफ की संभावना gen 380-385, obc 375, mbc 340, sc st 330 व female gen 340-345, obc 330-335, mbc 300, sc st 270 के लगभग बन रही है।”
