प्रधानाध्यापक काउंसलिंग द्वितिय चरण हेतु आज जारी काउंसलिंग लेटर पर जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज जरूरी है:-
1. स्वयं का काउंसलिंग लेटर
2. फोटो पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड, वोटर कार्ड वगैरह)
3. 2 प्रतियां में भरा विस्तृत आवेदन पत्र
4. 2 पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो नवीनतम (4 फोटो तो विस्तृत आवेदन पत्र पर लगेगी, उसके अलावा 2 फोटो चाहिए)
5. एक 50 रू का भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर जो एक विस्तृत आवेदन पत्र पर लगेगा
6. 10वीं कक्षा मार्कशीट
7. 10वीं कक्षा प्रमाणपत्र (यदि अलग है तो)
8. 12वीं कक्षा मार्कशीट
9. 12वीं कक्षा प्रमाणपत्र (यदि अलग है तो)
10. स्नातक की तीनों मार्कशीट
11. स्नातक डिग्री या प्रोविजनल
12. यदि stc/bstc/समकक्ष हो तो मार्कशीट व डिग्री
13. B.Ed मार्कशीट
14. B.Ed डिग्री या प्रोविजनल
15. यदि अधिस्नातक है तो मार्कशीट
16. यदि अधिस्नातक है तो डिग्री या प्रोविजनल
17. कोई अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक/प्रशैक्षणिक योग्यताएं हो तो जैसे NET, SET, डबल m.a., b.a. एडिशनल वगैरह
18. शिक्षण अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र जिस पर deo के हस्ताक्षर जरूरी है। जो बना हुआ तो कभी का हो लेकिन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक 5 वर्ष अनुभव होना चाहिए।
19. राजकीय कर्मचारी हो तो N.O.C. व इसकी फोटो कोपी
20. मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र, कभी का भी बना हो
21. जाति प्रमाण पत्र, obc, mbc के लिए अगस्त 2018 के बाद का बना हुआ, obc, mbc का प्रमाण पत्र यदि अगस्त 2018 से पहले का बना हो तो क्रिमिलेयर में नहीं होने का सपथ पत्र देने पर 2 साल और बढ़ जाता है।
21. विवाह पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र, यदि विवाह 2005 से पहले का है तो सपथपत्र
22. यदि दिव्यांग है तो प्रमाण पत्र
23. यदि तलाकशुदा है तो प्रमाण पत्र
24. यदि विधवा है तो पति का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र तथा पति-पत्नी होने का प्रमाण पत्र जैसे राशनकार्ड या विवाह पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र वगैरह या सपथ पत्र लिखवाकर लाए कि ये मेरे पति थे।
25. यदि भूतपूर्व सैनिक है तो काउंसलिंग लेटर पर हिंदी के दिशा-निर्देशों में बिंदु 6 पढ़ें।
26. यदि किसी डोकोमेंट में नाम, पिता, माता नाम आदि में कोई वर्तनी अशुद्धि हो तो सपथ पत्र
ये सब डोकोमेंट्स ओरिजनल भी साथ लाने है और इन सब डोकोमेंट्स की सेल्फ अटेस्टेड फोटो कोपी का 1 सेट भी साथ लाना है। वैसे काउंसलिंग लेटर में स्थाई राज्य कर्मचारी प्रमाण पत्र के लिए नहीं लिखा है, लेकिन विस्तृत आवेदन पत्र में लिखा है तो वो भी ले लेते हैं साथ में, और ऐसे ही अंतिम संस्था से जारी चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र के बारे में भी कुछ नहीं लिखा है।
According to the guidelines issued on the counseling letter issued today for the second phase of Principal Counseling, the following documents are necessary: -
1. Own counseling letter
2. Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter Card, etc.)
3. Detailed application form filled in 2 copies
4. 2 passport size photos latest (4 photos will be attached on the detailed application form, apart from that, 2 photos are required)
5. An Indian Postal Order of 50 rupees which will be put on a detailed application form
6. 10th grade marksheet
7. 10th grade certificate (if different)
8. 12th grade marksheet
9. 12th grade certificate (if different)
10. All three marksheets of graduation
11. Bachelor Degree or Provisional
12. Marksheet and degree if stc / bstc / equivalent
13. B.Ed Marksheet
14. B.Ed Degree or Provisional
15. Marksheet if undergraduate
16. Degree or Provisional if undergraduate
17. If there are any additional academic / pacific qualifications like NET, SET, double m.a., b.a. Additional Etc.
18. Teaching experience certificate requiring deo’s signature. Whoever remains, but should have 5 years experience till the last date of application.
19. If you are a state employee then N.O.C. And its photo copy
20. Original residence certificate, never made
21. For caste certificate, obc, mbc, made after August 2018, obc, mbc certificate if it is made before August 2018, then it is 2 years more if the certificate of not being in Crimilar is given.
21. Marriage registration certificate, if the marriage is before 2005, then the citation
22. Certification if disabled
23. Certificate if divorced
24. If you are a widow, you should bring a death certificate of the husband and a husband-wife certificate such as a ration card or marriage registration certificate, etc., by writing that they were my husband.
25. If an ex-serviceman, read point 6 in the Hindi guidelines on the counseling letter.
26. If there is any spelling inaccuracy in Name, Father, Mother Name etc.
These docoments are also to be brought with the original and 1 set of self-attested photo copy of these docoments is also to be brought along. Although the counseling letter is not written for permanent state employee certificate, but if it is written in the detailed application form, then they also take it along, and there is nothing written about the character certificate issued from the last institution.
